This section comprises a number of useful pages for NCAS staff, atmospheric scientists and students.
NCAS education and staff development aims to provide informative, cutting edge and timely courses, information and advice. Courses include the FGAM Atmospheric Measurement Summer School, the Climate Modelling Summer School and the WRF users tutorial.
Training the next generation of atmospheric scientists is priority for NCAS, and we are partners in 9 of the NERC Doctoral Training Partnerships (DTPs) providing world leading training and expertise in the field of atmospheric science. Each year these DTP's offer ~100 studentships in atmospheric science.
